We understand the importance of your data. That’s why we ensure that all our hosting providers follow a comprehensive data security protocol, and have fail-safe redundancy built in. At agileChilli we go to great lengths to minimise the probability of any loss of data.
Over the 7 years our platform – agileBase has been under development, we are happy to report no client data has been lost and on the rare occasions when clients have inadvertently deleted their own data we have been able to successfully restore this to them within a single working day.
Safe in the cloud
Hosting
Our primary hosting provider, Linode, is a global organisation with over 350,000 clients worldwide. Linode provide a 99.9% uptime guarantee on all Linode hardware and data center to network connectivity.
Although Linode are a global company we use their London data center located at Telecity Group’s state-of-the-art Powergate facility to ensure all client data remains in the UK.
Hourly Backups
Data is backed up over an encrypted link to our secondary, UK based, hosting provider, with hourly backups being kept for 24 hours, then daily backups for 7 days, weekly for a month, and monthly for a year.
