Org Docs v Supporting Docs - agileChilli
What is the difference between an Org Doc and a Supporting Doc
Answer: Not much… they are simply separate areas to help you better “file” any documents away.
The Supporting Docs are specific to the Supplier Approval record. As such it ends up holding documents that you have collected through the Approval process. For example photographs you took at a site visit, evidence of training records for your suppliers personnel or reports that have been created.
Org Docs are more likely to do with the Organisation as a whole. For example you might store an organisations logos and branding guidelines. You will also find any docs that are filed as part of a brief.
