In a form you often need  to capture more than one response to a single question. Tag fields, unlike other field types such as checkboxes or lookup lists, are great for this. 

To create a tag field in a form a System Administrator would need to select this field type from the list two options offered.

Any User of aB can then either add a tag or select one from the ones that have been created previously by simply clicking on it.
