Jardox has been using Chilli since 2009  and the implementation of this easy to use, intelligent system has made everyone’s life easier. Importantly for Jardox, which operates in the ever-changing food sector, Chilli’s systems are extremely flexible, allowing for necessary updates to accommodate our every need. The system has saved us time and money and we really value Mark’s great experience and brilliant can-do attitude. We consider Chilli to be an extension of the Jardox team.

At Jardox we have been using a fully integrated version of Chilli since 2009. Unlike so many ERP systems Chilli has the ability to be totally tailored to our business activities and technical requirements. Jardox is an SME with big plans, Chilli has been especially important to us as it has been developed to reflect our needs as the business has grown – the latest upgrade enables us to use barcodes to carry out stock transactions in real time. As Jardox supplies most of the major food processors and retailers in the UK, another very important aspect of our Chilli ERP system is the full traceability that we are able to supply at the click of a button. We also find the ability to access bespoke reports for stock movements, raw material usage, production, sales, stock status, shelf life and many more, invaluable for control of the business. Without Chilli, Jardox would not be able to develop and grow at the desired pace without losing control.
